If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or if we cannot resolve a problem that makes the system unusable, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. We stand behind our product, but we understand it may not work for everyone in every situation.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item. We’ll also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. Refunds often require processing time before appearing.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at contact@kemoiptv.sbs.

Gifts

If you purchased an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to the recipient, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value. After we receive the return, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if it was shipped to you to later give as a gift, we’ll refund the original purchaser, who will be notified about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at contact@kemoiptv.sbs.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
