Getting started

What is IPTV?

IPTV delivers television over an internet connection instead of an aerial, satellite dish, or cable line. A compatible player on your TV, streaming device, phone, tablet, or computer opens the account information supplied for your request.

What do I need before setup?

Prepare a stable internet connection, a supported device, a compatible player from an official app store or publisher, and the account information sent after your request is reviewed. The Setup overview lists the full preparation order.

Can I request a Free Trial?

Yes. The Free Trial is fixed at one simultaneous connection and asks for basic contact, country or region, and device details so the reply can include relevant setup context.

How does a subscription request work?

Choose a subscription duration and simultaneous connection count on the Plans page, submit the Subscribe form, and review the calculated USD summary before sending. Kemo IPTV then replies with the account and setup information for your request.

What happens after I submit a subscription request?

Your request is received and reviewed, then Kemo IPTV replies by email with the account and setup information for your plan. Activation is not automatic and no fixed processing time is promised, so follow the confirmed reply and the matching device tutorial to finish setup.

Plans and connections

What does one connection mean?

One connection means one simultaneous active stream, so one device streams at a time. You choose how many simultaneous streams you need, from one to five.

Can I install the service on several devices?

You can prepare a compatible player on more than one device, but the number of streams playing at the same time must stay within the simultaneous connection count on your plan. Prepared devices and simultaneous streams are not the same thing.

How is my subscription price calculated?

Your price is based on the subscription duration and the simultaneous connection count you select. Choose the connection level on the Plans page and the four duration cards update to show the matching USD price.

What if I need more than five connections?

Choose More than 5 on the Plans page. That option shows a Custom Plan with Contact Us and no automatic numeric price, so Kemo IPTV can discuss the number of simultaneous streams you need.

Can I start with a Free Trial before choosing a longer plan?

Yes. The Free Trial uses one simultaneous connection and is separate from choosing a paid plan. Use it to explore current availability before requesting a longer subscription.

Are prices shown in USD?

Yes. Every numeric plan price on this website is shown in United States dollars.

Devices and setup

Which devices can I use?

The tutorials cover Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, MAG-style set-top boxes, iOS and Android phones and tablets, Windows, and Mac. Choose the guide by operating system rather than screen brand.

Where should I get a player app?

Use the official app store on your device or the player publisher’s official website. Review the publisher and requested permissions before installing, and avoid unknown download sites.

Where do I find setup instructions for my device?

Start with the Setup overview for the general preparation order, then open the device tutorial that matches your platform for numbered steps, a playback test, and troubleshooting.

Why is my channel list or guide still loading?

Programme information and channel data can take a short time to finish loading the first time. Keep the player open until the first refresh completes, check the supplied values for accidental spaces, and restart the player once. If it stays empty, contact Support with your device and player name.

Why does playback pause or buffer?

Playback can pause for several reasons, not only the connection. Restart the device and player, pause other large downloads, close unused apps, and try a wired connection when available. Source availability and device performance can also affect a single stream.

Channels and availability

How do I find a channel?

Use the Channels page search with its region and category controls to explore the representative public overview. The result counts refer only to matching overview entries, not the full service catalogue.

Is the public Channels directory the full catalogue?

No. It shows representative examples of channel names, countries, regions, and programme types. The broader subscription package includes additional channels and coverage across more countries worldwide.

What if a channel or country is not shown?

Its absence from the public overview does not mean it is unavailable. Request a one-connection Free Trial, view Plans, or contact Support to check a specific channel, country, or regional option.

Are channel entries always available?

Availability can change by account, region, source, and schedule, so the public directory is a discovery overview rather than a permanent promise of a particular channel. Use the Free Trial or Support to confirm a current requirement.

Support

What information helps support?

Share the device brand and operating system, the player or app name, the step where the problem begins, and the exact on-screen message. To check availability, add the channel, country, or category you are asking about. Do not post passwords or account fields in public spaces.

How can I contact Kemo IPTV?

Use the Contact form, email [email protected], or the icon-only WhatsApp action in the website contact areas. The Support center explains which details to prepare first.

Privacy and cookies

What information do the forms collect?

Each form collects only the fields shown on screen so Kemo IPTV can review and respond to your question, trial request, or subscription request. The Privacy page explains how that information is used.

Should I share my account information?

No. Treat playlist links and sign-in fields like passwords, enter them only into a compatible player on a device you control, and never post them in a public message.

Does Kemo IPTV use analytics or non-essential cookies?

No. An essential session cookie supports secure forms, but this website does not include analytics, advertising trackers or optional measurement scripts. The Cookies page describes the current status.
