Subscription and trial requests
A form submission is a request for review. It is not confirmation that an account has been created. Details about next steps are provided through a confirmed contact channel after the request information has been checked.
Prices are shown in USD. The price for a request is based on the subscription duration and the number of simultaneous connections selected. Submitting a request does not by itself activate a subscription.
Account responsibility
Keep account fields, playlist values, and passwords private. Use them only on devices you control. You are responsible for information entered into third-party player apps and for reviewing the publisher and permissions of those apps.
Simultaneous connection limits
One connection means one device streaming at a time. Compatible apps may be prepared on multiple devices, but the selected connection count controls simultaneous playback. Activity must remain within the chosen connection count.
Acceptable account use
Do not share an account beyond its intended users, interfere with the service or website, probe security controls, automate abusive requests, resell access without a separate written arrangement, or use the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.
Service conditions and interruptions
Networks, devices, player apps, schedules, maintenance, and source availability can affect playback and channel access. Service interruptions can occur. The channel directory is a discovery guide and does not promise that every listed entry is present at every moment.

Plans, prices, features, and these terms may change. Current website information applies to new requests. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that may apply under applicable law.
